Benefits of drinking Water

There are plenty of reasons to drink water. 70% of our body is made up of water. It is commonly recommended to drink 8 glasses of water per day.

Staying hydrated is very important for our body.

If water intake is less then body gets prone to lot of diseases.

  1. Dehydration comes as a first problem. Due to dehydration energy levels of body gets lowered. It can also trigger headaches in some individuals.
  1. Constipation is also a common problem with individuals who drink less water.

Drinking plenty of water can help prevent and relieve constipation.

  1. Drinking plenty of water can help in losing weight. Taking lukewarm water with lemon and honey on empty stomach in morning helps in losing weight.

4.Water keeps skin cells hydrated. So if you want glowing and clear skin , start drinking water in good amounts.

  1. Water helps the body to process and flush out all the toxins faster, which makes it

a quick and easy natural method that will make your hair grow faster.


Drinking water in good amount is important but its also important to drink water while sitting. If you drink water while standing it has bad impact on joints and cause deficiency of nutrients in joints.


Drink 1 litre of water as soon as you wake up in morning. It helps your body flush out all the toxins and gives your brain fuel.
