Bottle gourd also known as lauki, dudhi,ghiya is a vegetable with pale, smooth and waxy green surface .The juice of lauki is consumed by thousands of people because they believe that it would benefit their health in many ways.It has always been regarded as one of the healthiest veggies. This very versatile vegetable is full of water (about 92%) and minerals and keeps your body hydrated.

All you need to do is peel the skin of a fresh lauki, cut it into little pieces, put it in a juicer and prepare the juice. Have this juice regularly to reduce your weight. As consuming the bitter bottle gourd have shown very serious health problems. Also, it is advised to have bottle gourd juice alone and not mixed with other vegetables.
